A Class Care Story of Outstanding Live In Care services
Our Live in Carer had spent some time with our client providing 24 hour Live-In care at his home. This client has Dementia however he is very clear on what he likes. During a conversation with his Live In Carer he revealed that he loved Cambridgeshire United football team. The carer had her listening ears on and explored when he last attended a football match. She found out that this was over 20 years ago. The Live-In Carer had called the office and immediately made arrangements for our client to attend his first football match in over 20 years.
This was exciting news for our client. Not only did he attend a football match he also received VIP treatment. Our client Live In Care experience included having a meal in the VIP stand and meeting the football players. As I write this, I am still emotional as the client was able to experience something that he absolutely loved. He smiled for days and he did not stop speaking about his amazing experience. It would be unjust of me not to thank Cambridge United Football team for their impeccable service and enabling our clients dreams to come true.
This story is one of many. And it shows the positive difference our Live In Care service makes. With Live In Care, the carer remains at the property 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
