A Class Care Ltd offer expert and compassionate Home Care services to individuals and their loved ones. Our Community Carers visit regularly, with options for daily or 7-day-a-week visits, and provide customised care based on the individual's needs. This may include meal preparation, medication management, shopping assistance, companionship, and accompanying the person to appointments such as medical or optometrist visits.
This is how home care helps..
Home Care not only offers personalised support to the person receiving care, but also provides peace of mind for family members who may not always be available to provide help. Our individualised care plans ensure that the person receiving care has an enhanced quality of life; offering the necessary support for you and your loved ones to live comfortably in the comfort of your own home.
Benefits of Home Care
What duties does the carer perform?
The duties that our carers provide is spoke to your needs but can include:
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CARE HOME & ASSISTED LIVING
What is assisted Living?
For those needing greater levels of care, we are also able to provide care within an Assisted Living or a supported housing setting. In this arrangement, the person receiving care lives in an independent flat and is also looked after by a House Manager or Warden.
If downsizing or mobility issues are present, it may be necessary to move to a smaller living space, but our Home Care service within Essex and its surrounding cities including Chelmsford, Colchester and Braintree can still be provided. Caregivers will continue to assist with daily routines and offer additional support as needed.
What is the difference between Home Care and a Care Home?
The main difference between Home Care and a Care Home is the location of the care service itself. In a care home, residents live in a shared setting with set routines, whereas with Home Care, personalised one-on-one care is provided in the comfort of the client's own home, allowing them to maintain their daily routines. This avoids the need for major lifestyle changes or upheaval, and there's no need to sell a home to pay for care.

WHY CHOOSE A CLASS CARE?
At A Class Care, we were established by two directors who aimed to provide top-notch care for their elderly parents. This passion and commitment have been extended to all of our clients, guided by our company's philosophy of treating them like family. This ensures that we carefully select carers who always prioritise our clients' needs. As an independent company, person-centred care is always at the forefront of what we do. Our directors frequently visit clients in order to get to know them better.
With over two decades of experience in the care industry, we are overseen by the Care Quality Commissioners, who rigorously monitor our services, leadership, training, and overall quality of care. This guarantees that our support is safe, compassionate, responsive, effective, and well-led. Additionally, we continuously evaluate our quality of care through self-monitoring and seeking feedback from clients every 28 days. These efforts ensure that we consistently deliver an outstanding service.
Here at A Class Care, we are proud of the exceptional care we provide and have received recognition for our hard work. We have been nominated for numerous care awards, including the prestigious LaingBuisson Care Awards.
