create personalised care plans that align with their personal budget. Our client’s well-being
should never be compromised because of financial constraints. Together, we'll find a way to

Direct payment puts our young adults in control. It means they have the power to choose the

each person through this process, every step of the way.

Here are some of the wonderful benefits of receiving care at home:
There is no place like home. We believe in giving you the opportunity to stay in the cozy and safe haven of their own homes while receiving the extra support they require.
You'll have the flexibility to decide when your family and friends come to visit, and your caregiver can lend a hand with hosting responsibilities, such as keeping your home clean and tidy.
Receiving care at home provides you with the chance to benefit from one-on-one support from your dedicated support worker, ensuring that you always have their undivided attention.
Supported living offers the opportunity to experience a tailored care plan that guarantees you receive the precise support aligned with your needs and wishes.
You can stay with your beloved pet, whilst continuing with your normal daily routine
Our bespoke care plans means that you receive the emotional, physical and practical support that meets your individual needs
You'll have the freedom to maintain your regular routines and cherished hobbies, whether it's heading to work, pursuing your studies, spending time with friends and family, or any other activities you cherish.
We encourage each person and their circle of support to be involved in the recruitment of their staff, looking and matching the qualities and skills that match the individual’s specific needs through the interview process which can include asking questions at the interview panel, meeting with the candidates and also involvement in the review of staff.
If you're currently receiving community care, you might be familiar with the frustration of having different support workers each time. With us, you'll always have the same support worker, promoting consistency and a strong business approach. In cases of holidays or extended leave, we'll collaborate with you to find a suitable replacement while maintaining continuity.
We hold the belief that it's crucial for each individual to have ownership of their care and support plan, ensuring it's tailored specifically to them for inclusivity and better comprehension. Our approach is deeply person-centred, with all plans designed to keep the spotlight on the individual, their goals, wishes, dreams, and aspirations, fostering a gentle and nurturing environment.
Everyone is invited to become a part of our A Class Care family. We're more than a care provider; we're a community of support workers who believe in the power of support, kindness, and connection.
