How Does Refer a Friend Work?
1. Tell us about your referral
Complete our short online ( Hyper link) referral form and select whether you are referring someone for Home Care, Live-In Care or employment with A Class Care.
2. We contact them
With their permission, a member of our friendly team will contact the person you have referred to discuss how we may be able to help. There is no obligation for someone enquiring about care to proceed with our services.
3. Your referral joins A Class Care
If your referral meets the eligibility requirements and becomes an A Class Care client or eligible employee, your referral will qualify under our Refer a Friend scheme.
4. You receive your reward
Once the relevant referral conditions have been met, we'll arrange your referral reward.

You can receive £100 for an eligible Home Care client referral and £175 for an eligible Live-In Care referral. Eligible recruitment referrals can also receive £175, subject to the Refer a Friend terms and conditions.

Yes. You can introduce a family member, friend, neighbour or someone else you know who may benefit from A Class Care's services. The person should be aware of the referral before you provide us with their personal contact information.

The £100 Home Care referral reward is payable following payment of the referred client's first month's invoice, subject to the scheme terms.

Do you provide care outside Cambridge?
Yes. A Class Care provides home care services across a number of locations including Cambridge, Bedford, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, with Live-In Care available more widely throughout the UK.
How do I make a referral?
Simply complete the referral form on this page. Once we receive your information, the appropriate A Class Care team will review the referral and contact the person you have introduced, provided they have consented to being contacted.
