We understand that care needs can be unpredictable. Whether you have acquired an unexpected illness or injury or your regular caregiver needs to tend to an emergency elsewhere, we understand how distressing it can be when a situation arises at such short notice that it seems it’s difficult to find a suitable alternative to assisted living or nursing homes. 
With our Respite Care service, you will have a dedicated team that will provide you with a rapid response ensuring that you have the best possible caregiver to meet your exacting needs. What’s more, we will ensure a seamless transition between carers whilst carefully keeping to your usual routines and preferences within your own home. 

A Class Care is an award nominated care provider operating across Norfolk, we remain dedicated to providing high standards of care to all our clients. Our services provide an excellent alternative to assisted housing or nursing homes, meaning your loved ones can continue living in their own home for longer. All our carers are directly employed, and our recruitment process is rigorous. Not only do they have to demonstrate a caring nature they can only join the A Class Care team with previous experience after completing an extensive training program.

Each of our carers receive training including Dementia care, Assisting People to Move, Health & Safety, Safe Administration of medication and more. As well as receiving the full background checks, such as Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) screening, our carers also receive regular training course to ensure that their skills and practice are always of the highest standard to deliver the best service possible.
