We understand that it is a big step to appoint a
Care at Home Agency for the first time,
our founders were in your very position. We know….
Client Happiness First
We pride ourselves on putting a client’s happiness at the forefront of everything that we do. Our directly employed carers are encouraged throughout our 3-month training programme to think of the client first & foremost and to go the extra mile whenever possible.
Regular Client / Family Meetings
We hold regular meetings with the client and other key people involved in the care plan. Our objective is to gain feedback and implement suggestions for improvement. With constant communication between the relevant parties you can be assured that the highest standards of care are being made available at all times.
Carer Training Standards
To ensure we constantly deliver a high-quality service, A Class Care only appoints experienced carers. When we recruit new employees, they are required to participate in a comprehensive 12 week ‘Skills for Care’ training program. As a result, families have peace of mind that all carers from A Class Care are fully trained and assessed before they are matched to client assignments.
Flexibility
We tailor all care packages to the needs of the individual, high quality 24hr live-in care or night care services.
Regulation & Inspection
A Class Care is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). They regularly assess us against national criteria in the following areas:
Treating people with respect and involving them in their care
Providing care, treatment & support that meets people’s needs
Caring for people safely & protecting them from harm
