Caroline Cares For You, part of the A Class Care Family, is an award-winning, CQC Outstanding-rated home care provider based in Brackley. We’re dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality support that helps individuals live with dignity, independence, and comfort.
Founded on the belief that everyone should be treated like family, we’ve grown from a small, hands-on team into a trusted care service, proudly serving Brackley and the surrounding areas.
A Class Care offer award-nominated, compassionate Live In and Night Care services that enable clients to stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as possible. From our Northampton branch located in Brackley, we provide bespoke, high-quality home care throughout Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas.
A Class Care was founded by two ladies who struggled to find trusted care for their own parents. That personal experience drives everything we do. We understand how emotional and important it is to choose the right care for your loved ones.
Our dedicated Northampton team is committed to helping you or your family member remain independent at home, avoiding the need to move into a residential care home or assisted living facility.
We maintain strict recruitment and training standards, with all our carers completing a thorough training programme covering areas such as personal care, medication management, and safe moving and handling. Every carer undergoes an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and all are trained to be warm, engaging companions - capable of assisting with household tasks, meal preparation, laundry, and accompanying clients out and about. Care is flexible, offering as much or as little support as you need, including help with mobility and personal routines.
Live In Care is a trusted alternative to care homes or assisted living. It allows individuals to remain at home, surrounded by their personal belongings, routine, and pets, if they have them. A dedicated carer lives with you, offering up to 24-hour support, tailored entirely around your preferences and lifestyle.
You’re always in control - you choose how long you’d like care for and what support you need.

Respite Care – Short Term Care
We understand that care needs can be unpredictable. Whether you have acquired an unexpected illness or injury or your regular caregiver needs to tend to an emergency elsewhere, we understand how distressing it can be when a situation arises at such short notice that it seems it’s difficult to find a suitable alternative to assisted living or nursing homes.
With our Respite Care service, you would have dedicated team that would provide you with a rapid response ensuring that you have the best possible caregiver to meet you exacting needs. What’s more, we will ensure a seamless transition between carers whilst carefully keeping to your usual routines and preferences within your own home.
If you need help overnight, our Night Care service is available to offer essential support between 10pm and 7am. Whether it’s administering time-sensitive medication, assisting with toileting, offering companionship, or helping with overnight observations, our carers are fully awake and on hand throughout the night.
This service is flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs - please speak to our Northampton team to learn more.
We believe that care should be personal. That’s why every carer we appoint, shares our core values: to treat each client as if they were their own parent. Our recruitment process is thorough and values-driven - only experienced, genuinely caring individuals are invited to join the A Class Care and Caroline Cares For You team. Every carer completes a robust training programme before providing care.
Our carers receive ongoing training in essential areas including Dementia Care, Moving and Handling, Health & Safety, and the Safe Administration of Medication. Each carer also undergoes enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, and receives regular refresher courses to ensure that their knowledge and practice always reflect the highest standards of quality and care.
When you choose A Class Care in Northampton, you’re choosing a team that is committed to delivering safe, responsive, and respectful care - every single day.
